CF games begin
So the crossfit open has begun. Workout 1 is as many burpees as possible in 7 minutes. I didn’t feel great going in to this, since, after months of fight training my conditioning is for shit and the cracked rib is still hurting, but I still pulled out a respectable 99. It’s not a competitive score at my gym, but not the embarassment I feared it would be. Also, the rib was more of a dull pain, than the throb it was last week during burpees. Really glad that the recovery is moving along.
Might try it again Sunday if I get the chance, but probably not.
