10.4 and 10.5
10.4- Fighting- worked Jab/cross defense, including countering with hook to body
10.5- AM Fighting- Kyle sick, so I worked alone. At some point during the 90 minute workout, I had 10-15 glorious seconds where my whole body worked together to move and deliver punches. Felt great, but was gone as quickly as it came. Great reason to keep pushing!

Felt pretty good about this, even though it is a light weight. Will definitely try 115 next time and push for a sub 6. I think it is doable with improved technique
