    First Entry into the CWOD (competitor workout), which was 30 secs on 30 secs off of hollow rock for 6 minutes.  Form obviously breaking at the hip and bottom of the rib cage.  Honestly, I was actually pretty happy about this performance, as this is not my strong suit.  No staying power though, as round 6 was knees bent and arms in while still barely holding it together.
