    9.30:

    Fighting:  warmup plus some extra technique work so Kyle could see what I had worked on while he was gone.  Then got in the ring for some medium contact sparring.  Stopped in round two when my front kick become a heel kick to his thigh, instantly incapacitating Kyle.  This is the third time this type of strike has happened (twice to him, once to me).  Neither was intentional from me, but I should work on developing the ability, since I seem to be good at inflicting damage.  That being said, I also need to figure out how to avoid it. 

    Finished out the last round, but felt like I definitely let the intensity slip.  Did some kick technique work, then went back to Crossfit.

    10.1-10.2:  Rest days with a bunch of “move and build stuff for time” thrown in.  Gym is undergoing some serious renovations and I pitched in.  Decided to call this past week a “deload week” and just move on.  Too much rest and not enough crossfit. In last 7 days, I did three fighting sessions, one strength session, one CF class, one power session and one sprint.  Lame.
