    Frustrating day, where I missed my morning workout to finish up some homework and then missed the afternoon workout to have my bathroom wall ripped apart for no reason.  sigh.

    Managed to get a late session of squats in: 

    Back squats x5 45, 45, 95, 165, 215x5x5

    Form began to decay pretty bad on the last reps of the last set.
