    AM Fighting:  Was on my own after Kyle canceled.  After warmup, did 250 of Jab and Cross, and 50 each leg on kicks.  Spent a couple rounds hitting the crazy bag.

    PM Sprints:  Death by 10 Meters, Suicides + edition

    So normal death by 10 meters rules (run an additional 10 meters each minute, for as many minutes as you can), but started at round 5.  Then, once you fail, take a one round break and do each round again on the way back down.

    15 rounds +150 meters.  So close to 16!
