AM: Fighting- Leg sparring and power work on the heavy bag. Tried to work on my body hook, which pretty much sucks. Not sure how to fix it or really how to use it. I don’t think I have ever thrown it in sparring, although I am generally guilty of ignoring my non-straight punches during sparring.
PM: Deadlift x5: 135, 185, 225, 225, 245, 265x4, 245, 225, 225
Although this weight was not great, it is the first time in a long time that I have done deadlifts and not strained something. Just completing them feels like a victory. Also, I played around with stance width on the last 3 sets and found one I like better.
