Getting back into the swing of things, so decided to start towards my new goal of having a better hollow position and working on gymnastics. Hopefully, this will have some solid crossover into rotational strength for striking. Tried the movement in the video, scaled to two abmats under each arm. CF games begin
So the crossfit open has begun. Workout 1 is as many burpees as possible in 7 minutes. I didn’t feel great going in to this, since, after months of fight training my conditioning is for shit and the cracked rib is still hurting, but I still pulled out a respectable 99. After a month intense training and about a year of Muay Thai training overall, I had my first fight. I will put up a video of it when I get it, but it ain’t pretty.
